Prior to joining Cambridge Group Consultants Hans was a Managing Partner in Droege & Comp's private equity practice. Previously, he was a strategic analyst at SAP.

Johnathan is the leader of Cambridge Group Consultants Optimized Operations group. Johnathan has over 10 years of consulting experience advising the management of Fortune 100 And Mid-Size companies on operational and organizational issues. Johnathan prides himself on being able to execute successfully well formulated strategies. Prior to joining Cambridge Group Consultants Johnathan worked with McKinsey & Company and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previous to receiving his MBA from The University of Chicago, he was a production line engineer at Boeing.

John leads the Marketing Excellence group at Cambridge Group Consultants. Prior to joining Cambridge Group Consultants John held leadership positions with Young & Rubicam. Previously, he was a incubator of digital as original founder for Razorfish.
